This world is much like our own, however, there exists hidden Kingdoms. The one of most importance is Feneria. This is a kingdom run by a King and Queen, but possesses much of today's technology (such as cell phones and automobiles). Due to past events, magic thrives within the hidden Kingdoms, allowing for a myriad of creatures and powers.
Slavery has been a part of the Kingdoms for a long time now. Although it was abolished within the rest of the world, there were still those who chose to use it underground in the black market. It was a filthy thing, where dead bodies would turn up from misuse of human ethics and improper care. There were no rules, and no standards. People abused and used creatures, and even humans for their every whim. It came to the point where the current late King of Feneria, Duncan, had to change the way things worked.
His first move was fifteen years ago. The King had an slavery establishment opened by a trusted friend, Jeremy Anderson, called Club Infinity. It became known all through Feneria that slavery would now be legal and openly accepted. This was spread through the Kingdom, and then to the other Kingdoms by his allies.
Of course, many opposed this. The Rebels built their own establishment to fight against the new laws. Hunters came out of the woodwork, capturing runaway slaves. There were those who cared little for either side, safe in their own lives with their money and stature, as a Neutral party. Masters and mistresses embraced the new laws, now coming out from the hidden ways of slavery, and openly owning sentient lives like pets at their feet. Slaves became the new rage, the must have, and some even enjoyed their lives in servitude...
So, the question that needs to be answered, is, who will you become?
