where to place it

-When you place our banner in your choice of placement, we will do the same to yours.
-Our banner must be up before you begin to request affiliation.
-Put your request in the rightful website sub-board. That means the host of your website. Ours is ProBoards. com.
-When you are going to put us in a marquee, we should not be waiting more than 10 seconds in order to see our banner/button.

website's quality to the soft eye

- Your website should not be a hard to see website. Meaning, mix of light colors with light colors, hard hazes, neon and black, saturated colors and black, or anything of the sort.

time for the button

- The button/banner MUST be 88x31. (88px 31px) We do not accept bigger than that nor smaller than that.
- When you are done with the image, give us the code for it. This will be done pressing the box with the C standing for code and pasting the code. If you do not have the code, either use PhotoBucket or a code providing website.

sisters on our site

-If you are wanting to apply as a sister site, you must go to affiliates>sisters and apply there. You website may contain at least 10 ACTIVE members. OR, if you are a dedicated member of HE, you may qualify.
- When there are opening for sisters, than you may apply. But if there is not, don't apply or spam out website.

requests and bargaining rules

-This is important! Do not post more than two times per website. That means, if you have a website that you are trying to advertise, affiliate, or become sisters with HE, you may only, and this is a limit, post two topics with the same related subject in each forum. If you have more than one, you will either have your button taken down, have a message two the administrator to the website, or be questioned the first time through a reply.
-When you keep up the spamming, you will either have the button or topic removed.
-GUESTS, if you are advertising/affiliating/or trying to become a sister site, PLEASE check before you post. If someone of your website has already advertised you, then the deal is done and you may not post in that forum.
