personality
{Protective}
Aslan is very protective of his family and friends. He will willingly sacrifice himself for someone he loved, friends, or family. So be careful around him when he is in "protective" mode he will lunge without hesitation, and when he does he is committed, most of the time he will spare your life. He doesn't like to kill or even see it unless it's prey/food and if so he is very happy.
{Brave}
Aslan is brave at times usually the first to volunteer to go somewhere dangerous if it means protecting his friends/family. He will go into battle knowing that he might not make it out/home. Aslan will also try and g up against a grizzly if it meant his friend/family will be left alone.
{Playful}
Aslan is very playful towards pups and will often tussle with them. He will not turn down a play bow from any of his friends/family if he is in a good mood. He often tries to cheer someone up with play such as nipping them to try and make them chase him or bring them gifts.

don't cry BECAUSE love is here
summary/past
Aslan was born in the backyard of his mother's owner. When he got older and way more curious he escaped by digging a hole under the fence and with this he became a stray. Aslan had quickly gotten lost, after a couple of weeks living on the streets people approached him. Feeling cornered and scared because he didn't know what they where going to do, he growled. Soon later people began to throw rocks at him, which made him distrust humans even more. A day later he was picked up and dropped of at the shelter, luckily for him people liked puppies and so he was adopted. The family that adopted him had a tiny wooden fence so in order to keep him from escaping they tied him to his dog house.
A year pasted and he had grown to love his owners. However his peace wouldn't last long, one day a great friend of his who his owners had got soon after they adopted Aslan, was of the same breed and was a female. The owners where planning to breed the two when they where both old enough. Her name was Sade, she was something that Aslan couldn't understand, she was very loyal to their owners. They didn't have her on leash, because she wouldn't run away or even leave the yard unless on walks. However on that day a man came something silver and long almost like a stick he carried(talking about a gun ), Sade knew what it was and she charged at the man when she leaped up for the attack she was shot to the ground.
Aslan at that very moment tried to get free but he couldn't his pain was let out in a furry of barks and howls. His owners came out just as the man began to run away like a coward, it was then he broke free to lick Sade's face and chase after the man. He couldn't ever find him though and once again he was lost and this time depressed. Another year passed and he learned the ways of the street dogs/strays, he was like that of a shadow. Coming out at night and hiding in the daylight so he couldn't be caught again. One more year pasted and now he is three years of age and still a stray, the thought of making a pack lingers in his mind.

roleplay example
The sunlight shined down on the large Tibetan mastiff as he strode down the street on the paved path of the side walk. His nostrils flared at the faint sent of something familiar... However he couldn't quiet get a paw on what the sent was, determined to find out his paw steps quickened as he began to jog. His large head peered over the corner of a building into a ally as he was in a complete stop now. His light brown eyes blinked as he squinted to see what in the shadows of the ally, his paws began to move slowly leading the dog into the small ally. His nose leading him to a box his nose poked into the box, something fluffy and squashy on the end of his black nose. Aslan's jaws parted and he grabbed the bundle by the scruff pulling it out of the box, surprised to see a kitten in his jaws. The black and white kitten appeared scarred, but it couldn't move much in this position. Aslan decided to let go of the kitten, but he didn't care much. He didn't chase cats unless bored and if he caught them he never killed them. He wouldn't eat them anyway.
